Dallas/Fort Worth's favorite place for fried chicken!
The food was hot and tasty! However, the cashier with the blond hair was unprofessional. She mocked my friend (who has a very heavy accent). She also kept on walking away from the window as we were not done with our order. 3 stars because they only give you a hand full of fries. We placed an order for jalapeños, received our food to see if they were in there, which they weren’t. We got back in line for her to tell us “oh we’re all out”. We said okay and attempted to pull off she screamed out the window “ayeee,” we reversed and she said “I forgot we ordered some jalapeños, let me grab y’all some real quick”. Not acceptable!
Absolutely delicious, staff is always friendly and they take care of you like nothing else. The wait is a little long but it's only because they're making your food fresh! So worth the wait and super super tasty. Can't find better livers & gizzards in Dallas
I went through to the pickup window and ordered my my food at #5 on Forest Lane and 635. The dark black guy with gaps in his mouth, took my card but didn't charge my card for the food. He told me it would be 15 mins for my order. I went back out to my car and waited. I came back thinking he was cooking my food and they weren't. Everyone else recieved their food but me. I asked for a managed name and he said find out on my own. I tried to spend with my people but look how they treat you. He acted as if the food was his and his last name was Williams. I'm sure they can find someone else to work in the restaurant with a pleasant attitude. He was very rude and deserved to be fired. He is costing the company money during these times. You should not fo to #5 until he's fired.
Loved the family special 8 of dark large fries and rolls peppers for $15. Was Good for our dinner
Great service the heavy black gentleman was very helpful it was my first time there i'm not from the area. I tore right into the chicken it was GREAT
